- FestiTentEasy, because your four-person FestiTent will be pre-pitched, Relax on the inflated air mattresses and Enjoy the freshness of the sleeping bags and pillows. That is why we call it a FestiTent 4P Easy-Relax-Enjoy at Crammerock.

The four-person FestiTent has two separated sleeping compartments and a central living room which can host a small army (which may be a bit exaggerated, but you will find out it’s big enough for you and three friends). The sleeping bags and pillows will be so fresh and soft that even a mother cat would consider to lay her (cute) kittens in it. On top of that we’ll give you two handy lanterns to bright up even the blurriest festival nights.

Arrive carrying almost nothing because we will build, inflate and spread everything prior to your arrival at the campsite. No sweat but a lot of glory, because your place is guaranteed! Easy, Relax & Enjoy!

FestiTent voucher

After booking, you’ll receive a voucher. This will give you access to your very own FestiTent, but not to the festival nor its campsite. Go to the festival website to get your tickets now. A few days before your journey to the festival, you’ll receive another e-mail from us with some extra info.

Check-in

Once you have arrived at the campsite, come over to the FestiTent reception to check in. Our hosts will take care of you and show you to your FestiTent. During check-in, we’ll go over to your FestiTent together to make sure it’s not damaged and we’ll fill in a check-in form.

Check-out

The same process will take place during check-out. This way, we can check whether or not the FestiTent wasn’t damaged during the weekend. If it wasn’t damaged, you will receive your deposit within 5 weeks, depending on your payment method.

The deposit is €150 and will be refunded on your bank account when your FestiTent and its contents are left undamaged. We’ll look at this together at the end of your stay, so please remember to check out.

Enjoy Crammerock 2023 carefree!

Crammerock is a two-day, complexless music festival, in Stekene, East Flanders, Belgium. The festival has been held since 1991 during the first weekend of September and each time features about 50 musical acts. These top acts play music non-stop on 3 stages, in 2 tents.

Our FestiTent village is located at the Crammerock Festival campsite named “The Village”. The FestiTent village is open for everyone so your friends who might have no FestiTent are free to come over and visit you at all times.

The Village is located at walking distance from the festival entrance.

It’s possible to stay over in a FestiTent during the opening hours of the campsite. Starting form Friday September 1st, 9:00 am till Sunday September 3th  till noon.

The FestiTent reception will be open during that time and the FestiTent is yours during that whole period.

You will find all needed facilities such as: hot showers, fresh toilets some food & beverages and probably some “light entertainment”.

FestiTent voucher

After your booking you will receive an email as payment confirmation. Our Guest Support will check and confirm your booking. You will then receive an email with your FestiTent voucher. This voucher only gives you access to your FestiTent, not to the festival or the campsite. The entrance ticket to the campsite must be purchased separately in the ticket shop of the festival.

Is your spam filter stronger than our vouchers? No problem, you can download your voucher straight from the FestiTent Guest Center.

A few days before you travel to the festival, you will receive an email from us with additional information about the location and check-in.

 

Check-In

After entering the campsite, proceed to the FestiTent reception. Our hosts will be waiting for you and guide you to your FestiTent. You can check in by handing in your voucher. If you have lost your voucher (your dog ate it, your printer ran out of ink just when you tried to print it or your phone ran out of power) we will find your name in our check-in system. No worries! During the check-in we will check if your FestiTent is damage free and fill in a check-in form together.

 

Check-Out

Come over to the FestiTent reception when you want to check out. We will check together if your FestiTent was not damaged during the weekend. If everything is ok, your deposit will be refunded the day after. From then it’s out of our hands. Depending on your payment method it can take several weeks before you will see it appear on your account.
