FestiTent voucher

After booking, you’ll receive a voucher. This will give you access to your very own FestiTent, but not to the festival nor its campsite. Go to the festival website to get your tickets now. A few days before your journey to the festival, you’ll receive another e-mail from us with some extra info.

Check-in

Once you have arrived at the campsite, come over to the FestiTent reception to check in. Our hosts will take care of you and show you to your FestiTent. During check-in, we’ll go over to your FestiTent together to make sure it’s not damaged and we’ll fill in a check-in form.

Check-out

The same process will take place during check-out. This way, we can check whether or not the FestiTent wasn’t damaged during the weekend. If it wasn’t damaged, you will receive your deposit within 5 weeks, depending on your payment method.

The deposit is €20 and will be refunded on your bank account when your FestiTent and its contents are left undamaged. We’ll look at this together at the end of your stay, so please remember to check out.

The wonderful world of the Rijvers Festival is hidden between the meadows of Lievegem. It is a festival for the whole family on a beautiful nature estate between Ghent and Bruges.

Rijvers Festival is a rapidly growing festival for all ages. The area is colorfully decorated with flowers and fountains and merry-go-rounds. The stages have all the allure of a mini-Tomorrowland. All these idyllic decorations complete the dreamy picture.

Culinary festival

It’s not just the entertainment level that’s high. You can also enjoy a culinary treat with home-made pizzas, freshly prepared giant pancakes or even a unique Rijvers Burger. A restaurant during the Rijvers Festival? A unique pop-up restaurant with Meetjesland menus has once been created.

All that food makes you thirsty. There are no less than forty different drinks on the menu: from a fresh pint, to smoothies, to freshly made Rijvers cocktails. Can we go one step further? The festival brews its own Rijvers Gin, spiced with dandelions.

Line-up Rijvers Festival

Rijvers Festival is a broad festival. With different stages, they go for different genres. Especially genres that invite you to sing along and dance all the time.

Previous editions had names like Niels Destadsbader, André Hazes with live orchestra, Gers Pardoel, Clouseau, Bart Peeters, Laura Tesoro and Regi on the bill of the fairytale Stars Stage.

On the Beats Stage they program a number of top DJs every year such as Cherry Moon Trax and Dr. Lektroluv.

Even children go wild with performances by artists such as K3, #LikeMe, Samson & Marie,…

An amusement park full of artists and entertainment for young and old! Rijvers Festival always focuses on high quality for kids and their parents. No shortage of hair and make-up stands, walking trees, and characters prancing around like Maya the Bee and Alice in Wonderland.

Camping @ Rijvers Festival

Camping at Rijvers Festival is done at “The Village”, about 500 metres from the festival site. The Village is equipped with a mini-supermarket, lockers, sanitary facilities and FestiTents!

Book your ticket for The Village here. Free breakfast, parking and use of showers and toilets included. Now all you need is a FestiTent to make the weekend go off without a hitch!

Opening times

The Village opens its doors on Friday, August 11 at 4:00pm and then closes on Monday, August 14 at 12:00pm. You can check in and out at FestiTent throughout this period.

FestiTent voucher

Na je boeking ontvang je van ons een voucher. Deze voucher geeft je toegang tot je FestiTent, niet tot het festival en de camping. Hiervoor moet je een apart ticket kopen op de website van Rijvers Festival.
Enkele dagen voor je afreist naar het festival ontvang je van ons nog een e-mail met eventuele extra informatie.

Check-in

Meld je aan bij de FestiTent receptie in het FestiTent dorp. Daar zullen onze hosts je opvangen en je jouw FestiTent toewijzen. Tijdens de check-in wordt overlopen of je FestiTent schadevrij is.

Check-out

Hetzelfde gebeurt tijdens de check-out. Op die manier kunnen we nakijken of je FestiTent geen beschadigingen opliep tijdens het weekend. Indien dit niet het geval is wordt de week nadien je waarborg teruggestort. Meer info over de Waarborg.
