Through the deposit, we ask all of our guests to make a commitment to take care of our equipment. This way we can ensure that every festivalweekend starts with FestiTents in perfect condition.
Once we experience that this encouragement is no longer needed, we’ll be more than happy to never ask for a deposit again!
When you book a FestiTent, a deposit is automatically added to your booking. In the days after the festival, your deposit will be automatically transferred back to your account.
The only thing we ask you to do is to check out when you leave.
Checking out isn’t just a moment when we wish you a good trip home! It’s also necessary because together we can take a look and see if your FestiTent survived the weekend without any scars.
By asking a small deposit we’re sure to have everyone’s attention. So far, it turned out that this is the best way to encourage our guests to treat their FestiTent with love.

The day after the festival, our financial super-woman will refund your deposit right away.
Please note: Depending on your payment method, it can take up to a few weeks before the deposit appears back onto your bank account
