You can cancel a booking easily by sending an email to: info@festitent.com.

Relax, because you can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the start of the festival. We will fully refund the amount of the reservation and the deposit. You only pay the €4.5 administration fee we charge with every booking to process the payment and the booking.

From 30 days and up to 5 working days before the start of the festival a cancellation fee of €15 as well as the €4,5 administration fee will be charged.

Important: if you cancel less than 5 working days before the start of the festival, we will only refund the deposit.
