Bavaria’s Open Beatz is an EDM, House, Hardstyle, Techno, Trap, Psy-Trance, Hardtechno and Goa music festival during the last weekend of July. The outskirts of Herzogenaurach in Germany host the best international DJs of the moment every year. Some 20,000 loyal electronic fans come from far and near to take part in the party with a great visual production with a stunning line-up.

Line-up

Past editions have seen reigning EDM queen Alison Wonderland and hardstyle king Headhunterz but also Nicky Romero, Lost Frequencies, Sigala and NERO as headliners. A tsunami of electronic music spread over 6 dazzling stages with a non-stop excellent atmosphere.

6 stages at Open Beatz festival

The mainstage is the epicenter of the Open Beatz Festival. Here, from Thursday to Saturday, the common love for EDM is felt and celebrated. The opening and closing shows make everyone’s festival heart beat faster.

At the Lake Stage you will not only be spoiled with a beautiful view of the lake but also with the best techno bass the world has to offer.

Hardstyle, Hardcore & French Tek will blow you away on the industrial Zone III stage.

More techno can be found on the Magical Forest stage. Dream away in the raw nature and let your inner spirits loose on the music.

Even deeper in the forest lies the colorful Goa Garden. Crazy, fluorescent and full of energy!

The PSD Beatsdome is the only closed stage at the Open Beatz. It is a special technical feat with 360° projection.

On the surrounding camping grounds, all visitors will find sleeping accommodations, a small supermarket, a swimming pond, a volleyball court, a church and other leisure activities. Don’t feel like pitching your own tent? No problem, you can book tents that have already been pitched.

Opening hours campsite

It’s possible to stay over in a FestiTent during the opening hours of the campsite. The campground opens at 10 am on Thursday, July 27 and closes at 6 pm on Sunday, July 30. The FestiTent reception is situated on the campsite. The FestiTent is yours during that entire period.

At the swimming pond on the campsite you can listen to the relaxed beatz of the Oasis Stage. Guaranteed to give you a chill beach feeling!

Our FestiTent village is located at the Open Beatz festival campsite. The FestiTent area is open for all campers so your friends who might have no FestiTent are free to come over and visit you at all times.

FestiTent voucher

After your booking you will receive an email as payment confirmation. Our Guest Support will check and confirm your booking. You will then receive an email with your FestiTent voucher. This voucher only gives you access to your FestiTent, not to the festival or the campsite. The entrance ticket to the campsite must be purchased separately in the ticket shop of the festival.

Is your spam filter stronger than our vouchers? No problem, you can download your voucher straight from the FestiTent Guest Center.

A few days before you travel to the festival, you will receive an email from us with additional information about the location and check-in.

Check-In

After entering the campsite, proceed to the FestiTent reception. Our hosts will be waiting for you and guide you to your FestiTent. You can check in by handing in your voucher. If you have lost your voucher (your dog ate it, your printer ran out of ink just when you tried to print it or your phone ran out of power) we will find your name in our check-in system. No worries! During the check-in we will check if your FestiTent is damage free and fill in a check-in form together.

Check-Out

Come over to the FestiTent reception when you want to check out. We will check together if your FestiTent was not damaged during the weekend. If everything is ok, your deposit will be refunded the day after. From then it’s out of our hands. Depending on your payment method it can take several weeks before you will see it appear on your account.
