Beneath the cooling towers of Vilvoorde lurks an eclectic, electronic jungle on the former Asiat military site. The young Horst festival is a fast-moving sprawl of art, architecture and music. Horst Arts & Music festival programs more than 70 artists, from well-known names to rising innovators in their field. With a bill that mixes all electronic styles (such as chill-out, psychedelic techno, acid house, gabber, breakbeats, dubstep and more), there is no way Horst festival can be pigeonholed. Every detail in the programming and environment has been carefully crafted to make its visitors form a massive block of intimate awareness.

Expect a progressive festival with a raw artistic character in a post-industrial setting, overgrown by nature. Be inspired by a razor-sharp line-up of DJs, performance artists and art installations at a promising and groundbreaking festival. This year, some 21,000 ravers can go completely loco at Horst festival. Make sure you’re one of them!

Opening hours campsite Horst festival

Camping Horst opens on Thursday 9 May from 11 am and closes on Sunday 12 May at 1 pm. The FestiTent reception is located on the campsite of Horst festival and your reserved FestiTent is yours during the whole period.

Price for a campsite ticket

Camping tickets cost €74 and include 3x royal brunch + a much-celebrated lush campsite atmosphere.

Parking options

If you come by car to the campsite of Horst festival you can park on Luchthavenlaan 1, Vilvoorde. This is a public car park behind the trainstation of Vilvoorde. Parking costs EUR 5 for 24 hours until Friday 19:00 and is free in the weekend. There’s more free parking in the neighbourhood. Park your car and walk via the trainstation to the busstop platform 8 where our free shuttle will bring you to the campsite.

FestiTent voucher

After your booking you will receive an email as payment confirmation. Our Guest Support will check and confirm your booking. You will then receive an email with your FestiTent voucher. This voucher only gives you access to your FestiTent, not to the festival or the campsite. The entrance ticket to the campsite must be purchased separately in the ticket shop of the festival.

Is your spam filter stronger than our vouchers? No problem, you can download your voucher straight from the FestiTent Guest Center.

A few days before you travel to the festival, you will receive an email from us with additional information about the location and check-in.

Check-In

After entering the campsite, proceed to the FestiTent reception. Our hosts will be waiting for you and guide you to your FestiTent. You can check in by handing in your voucher. If you have lost your voucher (your dog ate it, your printer ran out of ink just when you tried to print it or your phone ran out of power) we will find your name in our check-in system. No worries! During the check-in we will check if your FestiTent is damage free and fill in a check-in form together.

Check-Out

Come over to the FestiTent reception when you want to check out. We will check together if your FestiTent was not damaged during the weekend. If everything is ok, your deposit will be refunded the day after. From then it’s out of our hands. Depending on your payment method it can take several weeks before you will see it appear on your account.
