Our packages have different names than what you booked with Festitribe.
Of course we make sure that our packages match your previous order.
We use the following product names:

- FestiTent Easy-Relax: 1 FestiTent tent + 1 lantern + sleeping mats
- FestiTent Easy-Relax-Enjoy: 1 FestiTent tent + 1 lantern + sleeping mats + sleeping bags + pillows
- Festipi Easy: 1 Festipi tent + 1 lantern
- Festipi Easy-Relax: 1 Festipi tent + 1 lantern + sleeping mats
- Festipi Easy-Relax-Enjoy: 1 Festipi tent + 1 lantern + sleeping mats + sleeping bags + pillows
- Lazy-Relax Upgrade: 1 table + 2 folding chairs
Are you unable to come to the festival?
Then feel free to pass on your voucher to friends. We want to emphasize again that this voucher is not transferable to later editions and that no refunds are possible. FestiTent and our partner festival are doing everything possible to compensate the victims of the bankrupt Festitribe.
