We understand. You’ve eagerly booked festival tickets and a FestiTent or Festipi but then something unexpected comes up.
Relax because FestiTent offers you the option of canceling for any reason.
Canceling a booking can be done Easy by sending an email to: [email protected].
If you cancel up to 30 days before the start of the festival, we will refund the amount of the rent and the deposit in full.
We only deduct the €4.5 administration fee we charge with every booking to process the payment and the booking.
Example: the rental for your tent was €120 and the deposit for this was €100. In total you paid €220 and of this we refund €215.5 to your account.
Cancellation fee = €4.5
We will refund you the main part of the rent and the deposit but we will deduct €15 cancellation fee and €4,5 administration fee from the total amount.
Example: the rent for your tent was €120 and the deposit for this was €100. You paid a total of €220 and we will refund €205.5 of this to your account.
Cancellation fee = €19,5
When you cancel less than 5 working days before the start of the festival, we only refund the deposit.
The tent rental fee will be deducted in full. Why do we do this, you ask?
At that time we set the numbers of tents and tipis to be built. All transportation is arranged and ready to leave to start building them all up at the festival campsite.
Example: the rent for your tent was €120 and the deposit for this was €100. In total you paid €220 and of this we refund €100 to your account.
Cancellation fee = amount of the rent.
As you can see we offer a flexible cancellation policy and there is nothing that should stop you from booking your FestiTent or Festipi now to be sure of the price and availability.
You can often get rid of your festival tickets via platforms such as Ticketswap.
However, we strongly advise you not to resell the vouchers for your accommodation because they come with a deposit for possible damage.
If you end up canceling your camping trip after all, then you at least have the possibility of recovering all or part of your money.
